Sisters Leona and Hasna Erziak, grew up in a multi cultural- Belgian Moroccan- family of artists, their mother a seamstress and father a potter. Throughout their childhood, under the influence of their mother, they were in close contact with materials and learned the process of creation, while also acquiring an understanding for construction and fabrication.

Over the years they have nourished their curiosity and sensibilities through their travels and collected ideas and aesthetics along the way. Their collected experiences range from styling french celebrities,  to decorating Riads in Marrakech. Highly influenced by the elegance of accessories from other eras, where every detail showcases a high level of craftsmanship and expertise, Leona and Hasna have designed for their first collection, under the name Lena Erziak. The series of handbags will speak to all women who seek elegance in their quotidian and appreciate refined and luxurious simplicity.

Having high appreciation for materials and craft, Italy proved to be the best location to develop their collection, as it is where they found the high level of artistry required to construct their vision. The meticulousness of Italian artisans as well as their attention to detail when working with leather and choosing skins, was indispensable to the design. This first series of handbags of different shapes and sizes, focuses attention on both interior and exterior finish, making this a refined luxury line of accessories.

The sisters’ undeniable interests for the arts has led them to the beginning of a creative journey, and Leona and Hasna Erziak plan to extend their dream as long as their imagination drives them.
